Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping!
For items that are in stock, order will be shipped out within 2-3 days after payment clears.
After your order has been processed, you will be issued a tracking number.
For custom-built, made-to-order watches, Leadtime will be approximately 2-4 weeks. Once the product has been built and processed, a tracking number will be provided.

Returns:
We offer a 14 day return policy (start date from the day the item was received). Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your order, we won't be able to offer you a refund.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in it's original unused condition in which it was originally received, including keeping all protective plastic intact on every part of the watch.
If you receive a damaged or broken product, we kindly ask that you notify us immediately. You can reach out to us through our contact page, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
In situations where an order cancellation is requested, provided the item has not yet been shipped and they are not customized, a refund can be arranged.
In instances where the items have already been shipped:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
Once the returned item is received and verified to be in their original condition, we will initiate the refund process.
Please note that a processing and restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
